Here is my route! This was made using three points per day as recorded by my GPS. There are a few places where my GPS wasn't on, working or available (it broke in Peru, for example and wasn't replaced until Chile). For info on problems with the map, see below.

Here are a few things that aren't quite right with the map above:
  • Dawson City to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory
  • The loop in Washington was done by car
  • I was sick in Guatemala and took a bus from Lanquin to Antigua, so that line does not follow the actual roads I was on
  • The straight line from Mexico into the ocean didn't really happen. :)
  • I took a boat from Portobelo, Panama to Turbo, Colombia, then a bus to Cartegena (with my bike)
  • The straight line from near Abancay, Peru to San Pedro, Chile is the part that I didn't have a GPS for. I went to Cuzco (Peru), La Paz (Bolivia), Putre (Chile), through the mountains to Colchane, Salar de Coipasa (Bolivia), Llica, Bellavista, Pica (Chile), Iquique, Tocopilla, San Pedro de Atacama
  • Side trips not shown┬áby bus or plane - always returning to where I left off with my bike. Florida (US), Galapagos Islands (Ecuador), Lima, Iquitos, Arequipa, Cabanaconde (Peru), Uyuni, Sucre, Potosi (Bolivia), Santiago, Valparaiso, Easter Island (Chile)
